This place is known for a restaurant with several Michellin stars, but we recommend Le7! Delicious food, at a very pleasant pace with excellent service at a fair price. Highly recommended.

Excellent dîner au 7 à Saulieu : le personnel est très agréable, une cuisine raffinée, des plats bien dressés, que dire de plus sinon que ce restaurant vaut le détour. Nous le recommandons vivement.

10/09/2024: Fresh products served with a beautiful presentation. Service carried out according to the rules of the art by the owner. Very nice cheese cart for cheese lovers.
07/09/2024: We came as a family this afternoon and what a pleasant surprise this restaurant was. We ate very well, the dishes were succulent and very generous. The service is more than good with the kind owner. I recommend to everyone and I will come back with pleasure 😊

08/12/2024: An absolutely memorable dining experience! The restaurant keeps its promises: A big congratulations to the chef and the entire dining room team, discreet and attentive. Concerning the hotel, the setting is authentic, but certain details deserve a little refreshment to live up to the standard displayed. That said, the comfort of the rooms remains there...but the whole thing is a little frozen in time... The spa is a real plus!
