Excellent gourmet restaurant. Beautiful dining room and a welcoming, highly professional team. Dishes were beautifully presented and delicious. Very good wines as well. Well-behaved small dogs are welcome. We recently returned, and it's still excellent. Truly delicious cuisine. We were even served amuse-bouches even though we didn't order an aperitif. Classy! Without a doubt, the best restaurant in Tours for me today.

A very nice restaurant with friendly service and great food. Highly recommended, just a few minutes from the Ibis hotel. I chose this little restaurant over the hotel restaurant, which was certainly also good, and I didn't regret it.

I don't usually give a good or bad review before going to a restaurant at least twice, but at Baccara I must say that everything was simply perfect, the chef can work peacefully in his kitchen, the service is perfect, thank you all.

We've eaten at this restaurant several times and the experience is always exceptional! The menu changes regularly according to the season, and the dishes are delicious and beautifully presented. The service is attentive and efficient. To top it all off, the prices are very reasonable considering the quality of the food!

We came as a group of friends and got the impression that the older waiter had something to prove to the other men in the room. He acted like a cocky rooster with our friend and was rude to the other waiter. I'm not sure I'll come back if it means witnessing that kind of behavior. Aside from that, the food was good and the place was quiet.
