Very nice discovery in Tours. The dishes are well crafted and presented. In addition, it is a real taste pleasure.

Always a perfect experience in this sublime restaurant. The cuisine is absolutely excellent, with a menu that adapts to each season while keeping its flagship starter: the foie gras duo, which you can't find anywhere else!
The service is equally amazing.
We no longer live in Tours but every time we pass through town, we go to this restaurant, we are never disappointed, and always very well received.

Courteous welcome, attentive staff.
Having worked and frequented many gourmet restaurants, the chef's suggestion at €32 (the highest price on the menu) seems like a real scam to us: 3 asparagus, 2 very finely sliced slices of carrot, 2 shrimp, a small square of “muslin from ???” and a bite of cod.
Such poverty did not even allow us to appreciate the subtlety of the dish.
We see from reading the reviews that we are not the only ones to make this remark.
Huge disappointment. We will not recommend this establishment.
