Excellent gourmet restaurant. Beautiful dining room and welcoming, very professional staff. Dishes very well presented and tasty. Very good wines too. Small, well-behaved dogs are welcome. We went back recently, and it's always excellent. Really tasty food. We were even served appetizers even though we didn't order an aperitif. Classy! Probably the best restaurant in Tours today, in my opinion.

A very nice restaurant with friendly service and excellent food. A definite recommendation, just a few minutes from the Ibis. I chose this little restaurant over the equally good restaurant in the hotel, and I don't regret it.

I don't usually give a good or bad review before going to a restaurant at least twice, but at Baccara I have to say that everything was simply perfect, the chef can work peacefully in his kitchen, the service is perfect, thank you all.

We've eaten at this restaurant several times, and the experience is always exceptional! The menu changes regularly with the seasons, and the dishes are delicious and beautifully presented. The service is attentive and efficient. To top it all off, the prices are very reasonable considering the quality of the food!

Having come with friends, we felt like the older waiter had something to prove to the other men in the room. He was rooster-like with our friend and rude to the other waiter. Not sure we'd return if we were to witness this kind of scene. Aside from that, the meal was good and the place was quiet.

04/07/2025: Excellent pasta! Vegetarian pasta for me, chicken and curry for my husband. Cooked al dente, with crisp vegetables, generously served, and very reasonably priced. We truly recommend this delicious pasta stop!
15/06/2025: Excellent pasta at a very reasonable price. A friendly restaurant owner who even went so far as to find a vase for my bouquet of flowers. In conclusion, very good food and a warm welcome!
