A fantastic time at the wine bar! The waiter was absolutely amazing: impeccable, friendly, and attentive service—nothing to complain about. The chef's cuisine is excellent, bursting with flavor; you can really taste the quality in every dish. The atmosphere is very warm and welcoming; you feel right at home as soon as you arrive. And with the new €23 set menu, it's even better: fantastic value for money, we left delighted. I highly recommend it! 🍷✨

As a long-time regular, I can say the transition has been a real success. The atmosphere is still as warm and welcoming as ever, thanks to Sacha and the entire team, who are always smiling and attentive from beginning to end. The truffle fondue… pure bliss. Creamy, fragrant, and generous—the kind of dish that makes you want to come back just for that. And since it's not raclette, I didn't even have to look for the potatoes… The new owners are friendly and open, and you can tell they genuinely want to create a welcoming place where you feel comfortable, without any fuss. A place where you eat well, drink well, and have a truly great time. I highly recommend it! And what a shame to see all these reviews from people who are convinced that getting started is easy… They must be eating Michelin-starred food at every meal, served by butlers. My advice: go and see for yourself. You might be pleasantly surprised.

We came during the week at lunchtime and had a very good meal and a very warm welcome. The staff were very friendly and polite, and the service was impeccable. Special thanks to the young waitress, Lola, for her excellent service.

Simple and efficient, we had a great time. I really enjoyed being able to create my own salad, and the tartare was excellent. Bonus points for the yuzu drink—it was a nice change!

A return to the BAV with friends, a good evening!! Welcomed at 10 p.m., we enjoyed a Reunion chicken curry, a cheese platter and a delicious walnut tart!

We came as a family of four, and despite the quality of the food (congratulations to the chefs!), we were unfortunately very disappointed by the service and welcome. • First of all, a glass of Crozes-Hermitage we ordered for €8.50 was served with several centimeters of sediment, lacking in flavor and alcohol. As locals, we know how to tell a good Croze from a stale bottle. After apologizing for the inconvenience, the server refilled the glass (this time with no sediment and still with flavor), but it didn't really make up for the disappointment. • The wait for our food was 45 minutes, without any apology or explanation, even though the restaurant wasn't particularly busy. • The menus and even the restrooms contained messages written in a vindictive tone, which made the customer feel uncomfortable. Furthermore, charging €1 to take home leftovers seems surprising. • When it came time to pay, I asked for a change regarding the glass of wine. After an unpleasant discussion with the manager (a young man sitting on the terrace drinking and smoking...), he finally agreed not to charge for this glass, not without giving me questionable explanations, I quote: "It's normal to have deposits in your glass; I can't offer glasses to every customer, I have to earn a living, etc." • Finally, the bill I received was very illegible (computer glitch). Upon reviewing it in more detail at home, I realized that it included extra E-P-D menus.... Definitely. In summary: beautiful cuisine, but spoiled by very average service and reception, and customer management that frankly leaves something to be desired. A shame. We deeply miss the former owner (Mr. CHETANIAN), who was flawless every time we visited.
