Nice place and good food, but a rather disappointing experience this lunchtime. The corn espuma served with the soft-boiled egg as a starter was almost cold, which was a shame. And the fish soup was a complete disaster. I was served a bowl of thick, delicious soup, but with every bite I spat out fish bones, sometimes pieces as small as 5 mm or 2 cm... I asked them to strain the soup because it was unmanageable, and they finally brought me a bowl of soup that was as thin as a clear broth... there was nothing to eat in it. Very disappointed.

Very good restaurant and what can I say about the food...a real treat!! Very good dishes and beautiful presentation. There is something for everyone. Super pleasant service. We will return.

15/12/2025: Full little restaurant bar situated at the train station where you can watch the trains wooshhhh by as you are eating a delicious locally sourced meal or an expertly prepared cocktail. A fun experience to take in while visiting Guethary!
