I've been a huge fan of Paul's cooking for many years. His cuisine is healthy, using top-quality ingredients and beautifully showcased by the chef's skill. Let yourself be guided, without hesitation, by his creative or comforting combinations. This review adds up to dozens of delicious and heartwarming moments.

Full little restaurant bar situated at the train station where you can watch the trains wooshhhh by as you are eating a delicious locally sourced meal or an expertly prepared cocktail. A fun experience to take in while visiting Guethary!

An absolutely incredible experience at Restaurant Le Poinçon! The location is very unique, right next to the train tracks, which adds a fun and original touch to the meal. The service is impeccable, and the staff is very helpful and attentive to customers. I had the chance to taste one of the most surprising and delicious desserts I've ever eaten: chocolate and basil ganache, cocoa and black olive crumble, cocoa nib tuile, all topped with a salted butter caramel sauce... a true delight for the taste buds! I highly recommend this restaurant, both for the quality of its cuisine and its unique atmosphere.

A great place offering local products. The servers are very friendly. A unique spot near the train station, we highly recommend it! PS: The chocolate-basil dessert is amazing 🤩

The food is very good, but the quantity of some dishes is too small: the burger looks like a children's menu, the daily special (meat) was really very small. In short, it's not always easy to find what you're looking for.
