We discovered this restaurant and what a wonderful surprise! A fantastic team. Excellent management. Truly impeccable! We had the pleasure of trying different dishes, and they were all excellent! I wanted to thank the owner for his kindness to my daughter (his friend). Even though the restaurant was full, the owner managed to find us a table. Professional and knows how to keep customers! Keep up the good work, because that's rare these days... I wish you many years of success. You are all so friendly. If we return to Champagny, we will definitely come back! Take care. Excellent food, efficient service. We had asked for no onions, but they included them. Returning the order for an exchange was no problem despite the busy service. However, it was very noisy.

Le Barillon has practically become our go-to restaurant since we started staying in Champagny every summer. Impeccable service, generous and delicious dishes. Thank you for your hospitality over the past five years.

We chose this restaurant for the last evening of our vacation, and we don't regret it at all… It was the perfect way to end our holiday. Friendly and welcoming service, quality homemade products, right down to the gourmet coffee… A delicious chef's fondue, with real charcuterie. And all this for a very reasonable price. You can go there without hesitation.
