Very efficient service with always a smile from the team. Very, very good value for money for a meal on the slopes. A very varied menu with mountain dishes and also a great suggestion of desserts. Everything is very plentiful. In short, a very good time.

A restaurant in the Vars resort in the middle of the ski area. We come back with pleasure because this restaurant offers typical Queyras dishes that are not found in high-altitude restaurants. A very pleasant sun terrace and a ski lift which allows you to get back on the slopes after a good meal. This restaurant also offers evening dining but being in Risoul, I have never been able to try this restaurant at night.

We had lunch at the Barjo restaurant and I was able to taste Berthoud there, which I didn't know. And what a discovery it was, a pure delight! The terrace is very pleasant in good weather

Honestly, we stopped by chance (because it was snowing heavily so we didn't want to picnic our sandwiches 😁) and we didn't regret it! We feasted ! Of all the high-altitude restaurants in Vars, this is our favorite! Very good cuisine, very friendly welcome, and speed of service. I recommend.

What dynamism the waitress has, even at the end of the season, she sparkles with energy Super well served with a smile and Pep's. We came back 3 times during the week for lunch for the quality of the welcome and the smile.

12/03/2024: We’ve stopped here while skiing a number of times over the years for a quick lunch time bite. This year the staff have been excellent. Only criticism would be that space on the sunny area of the deck is limited. Ps we’re a Scottish couple and the staff’s english was much better than our French.
09/03/2024: A great restaurant, excellent pizzas with fresh, quality products. The staff is very welcoming and always smiling! We feasted !!!!! Another big thank you to you 😁

10/03/2024: A sure value! A welcoming and caring team! The service is impeccable, the bedding is very comfortable and the rooms are very clean! The half-board option offers a varied breakfast and the dinners offered by the chef are quality! The little extra: a very nice SPA to relax after a great day of skiing! THANK YOU again to the whole team for this wonderful welcome, we will come back for sure! :) VINCENT family
