We were here during the Tour de France and ate and drank well. The service is very nice, the atmosphere is something special. Anyone who passes by here should stop by!

Copious plates. The homemade duck confit and the short rib of beef are delicious at a very reasonable price. We will return there.

07/08/2024: Great welcome, beautiful establishment where you feel good, great services
02/08/2024: Excellent hotel with an attentive welcome from our hosts, very good advice for hiking in the surrounding area. A very good breakfast buffet with multiple savory and sweet choices. And if you like cats, Anita(?) loves petting. We will return there with our eyes closed and with great pleasure.

25/09/2024: Great !! It's rare to find a restaurant in the mountains with such good products, good cuisine and beautiful dishes. Bravo also for the service, very friendly and warm. I was going for a hike and stopped, all the staff advised me on my route, welcomed me back from my hike, a great group of young people with enormous potential. The trout was delicious, as was the garbure! Well done, we feel good at your place.
25/09/2024: Excellent ! What a welcome and what cuisine! The restaurant is located at the foot of the slopes, open summer and winter in the mountains. The service is great, very friendly and warm staff, fast service. I ordered the Bareges sheep, it was excellent, very carefully cooked, as tender as anything and a very beautiful plate. Traditional cuisine, good and healthy, hearty, very good value for money. THANKS ! Long live the Chez Louisette restaurant!
