Le BBQ sur Grenoble

While visiting Grenoble with my family, I had the pleasure of enjoying this excellent bistronomic restaurant, which is very affordable and incredibly creative. The cuisine is fresh and homemade, and the dishes are beautifully presented: the mimosa egg reimagined as French caviar, the beef tataki, the tomato tartare, and so on. The ceviche is generous, and everything else is equally delicious. The wines offered by the glass are excellent. While the food is fantastic, it's truly enhanced by the absolutely perfect service: professional, attentive, welcoming, friendly, and even a little funny. That evening, August 15th, the waiter single-handedly handled the entire service with good humor and care for his customers. What a pleasure to be served like that! A huge thank you to him in the dining room and to the chef in the kitchen for their generosity and high quality. It was a truly wonderful experience! A must-try in Grenoble on the charming Place de Gordes.

What a gem tucked away on a side street in a picturesque square. Top-notch service, very friendly, and a Michelin-star-level setup. Absolutely fantastic!

We had a wonderful lunch yesterday, starting with a delicious salmon tartare, followed by a delicious beef tartare, before heading up to the mountain troops museum. The service was very pleasant. Excellent value for money.

A wonderful discovery, a Saturday evening on Earth… My 11-year-old daughter loved her veal tartare with all the accompaniments. My wife, who doesn't like veal, tasted it and helped me finish my daughter's dish. The melt-in-your-mouth scallop ceviche was a delight. The desserts were to die for: a succulent strawberry mille-feuille and a delicious chocolate namelaka. And what can I say about the welcome? A real pleasure. Thank you for this lovely, friendly moment.

My go-to culinary stop every time I'm in Grenoble, Chef Valentin is always top-notch! The melon tatin was perfect, and everything else was too! Thank you for this delicious break with my friends from Grenoble! See you soon!

Limited menus. Cosy ambiente. Meat was on point, sauce perfect, veggies delicious. No English menus, but service was super friendly. More classical French cuisine, I guess - also the stuff on neighboring plates look great.

A wonderful place in a world where everything is going down in quality and up in price!! Florian is incredibly attentive. Impeccable service. The decor is fantastic. The lighting isn't harsh on the eyes. The music is easy on the ears. And the food!! Mamma mia!! Succulent. Inventive. And generous. For a really reasonable price. Plus, the terrace is sheltered from the road in a charming little square. What more could you ask for?
