We had a fantastic meal; we ordered the cheddar bowl and the flank steak. It was cooked rare, just the way we wanted it, and the meat was marinated and excellent—very tender. My husband also had a glass of very good red wine. The portions were quite generous, so we didn't have time to try the desserts, but we'll definitely be back! We really enjoyed the atmosphere and the menu selection.

An absolutely exceptional experience! From the moment you arrive, you feel taken care of with remarkable kindness and professionalism. Each dish is a true journey: perfectly balanced flavors, refined presentation, and impeccable quality ingredients. The service is attentive without being intrusive, and the restaurant's ambiance is both elegant and welcoming. Flawless from start to finish. I highly recommend the meats 😛 they are excellent, perfectly cooked and full of flavor. The service was impeccable, with a warm and friendly atmosphere. This is a restaurant I recommend if you appreciate good meat, of course.

I can't give less than five stars, it was incredible! The staff was excellent, truly attentive to the customer, the food was amazing, everything was delicious, no negative points whatsoever. We go there knowing why. Thank you for your welcome, thank you for the top-notch food and drinks. I recommend it 100%, see you very soon!

La Brasserie du Carré Vert

27/01/2026: We had a lovely time at this restaurant. The meal was very good, well-prepared, and delicious. A big thank you also to the waiter, who was very pleasant, professional, and attentive throughout the service. However, we were very disappointed with the drinks: one of the drinks I was served was expired. When I pointed this out, the manager refused to replace it, claiming it was a "best before" date and not an expiration date. This attitude was very unprofessional and quite unpleasant. It's a shame, because with better customer service in this regard, the experience could have been excellent.
25/01/2026: Hello. Our waitress was very good, but her colleague, who was wearing a leather jacket to serve, seemed inappropriate to me. This person was at the register at the end of our meal. Also, I found it shocking that they used a wooden stirrer for the coffee; we're in a restaurant, not at a coffee machine. Finally, a glass of Saint Nicolas de Bourgueil was served chilled, and we were told that was normal, even though it should be served at least at room temperature. Anyway, the quality of the dishes, especially the mixed grill of fish and meat, was very good.
