An excellent restaurant that seemed to be full every day of the week. The food was all fresh and prepared very well. The portion sizes are generous. The service was attentive, helpful but not slow or intrusive. I would recommend this for groups, couples or families alike. The wine list is just right. Overalls it feels like good quality for a fair price and a restaurant I would like to visit again.

Busy, no reservation restaurant, 100% must go in Pau, we went for dinner and it was so good that we went again for lunch before leaving, the Guillonnette and Binoche are spectacular and the Dish if the day with the dessert is really worth it. 100% we will repeat each time we go to Pau or pass through.

I'd heard great things about this Pau institution, so I braved the wait on the sidewalk. I was then disappointed: the dining room was incredibly noisy, and the service wasn't as efficient as you'd expect from a brasserie. The food was good, but you can eat better for the same price, and much better for just a little more, in Pau.

05/04/2026: A wonderful discovery! This restaurant boasts a beautiful contemporary dining room and a huge terrace, perfect for sunny days. The dishes were delicious and of excellent quality, and the staff was fantastic!
03/04/2026: Excellent meal and excellent service. There were five of us. Personally, I thoroughly enjoyed the bellota ham and the ribeye steak!
