The speed of service is impressive. It's a little noisy when the room is full but that's normal. The decoration is magnificent. I like the waiters' outfits. This is the kind of restaurant we want to introduce to our international friends. “See? That’s a French restaurant!”

The pros : good service, very prompt delivery of our order, competitive pricing, good selection of food The cons : outside tables are also used by smokers , passive smoking from other diners can be a nuisance

My first meal in France and it was worth every penny. The servers were so kind and their suggestions were perfect. I had the Chateaubriand and Steak tartare. Would recommend to anyone coming into Pau.

A sure bet in Pau, you are never disappointed there. Nice servers. Fast service and lots of choice. We can go there with our eyes closed.

One of the liveliest places in Pau, service sometimes expeditious during peak periods. The tartare is a must here, half a tartare for those with less appetites

Traditional dishes cooked with quality products... a dynamic, smiling and very efficient team. Thank you for this pleasant moment. The only downside is that this brewery is too far from my home... but I know the address now.

12/03/2024: Restaurant without a menu and we discover the imposed menu when we arrive, cooking only with fresh produce from the daily market taste-wise I didn't go wow... it was good but nothing more than decent value for money
09/02/2024: It's worth coming from far away to taste this chef's cuisine. A very original sense of flavor; super-fresh, local ingredients. A unique experience.
