We’re passing by Dijon and found this little gem. We had a great dinner and the staff was very helpful and accommodating even though we dont speak french. Highly recommended!

Passing through Dijon for the weekend, we had been recommended this place from Paris. The place is quiet, not big, but very welcoming. The food is really good! Depending on your appetite, some might find the portions a bit small, but it's still very good. 👌 The service is impeccable and quick. There were ten of us this weekend, and no one had to wait for anything. So, in turn, I recommend it to you.

Prices are in line with the dishes on the menu. Beautiful presentation and pleasant, quick service. A secluded spot away from the noise of the city center.

The staff were incredibly welcoming. The dishes were of very high quality and creativity. Manager Yanis gave us a very warm welcome. A very good experience; I highly recommend it.

Super friendly (including dog friendly) atmosphere, delicious food and excellent wine by the glass make this place a winner. Weekday lunch can get busy, so best to book. The Epoisses/St Marcellin sauce on the house burger is spectacular, and goes well with the Pouilly - Fuissé white wine, as did the prawn gyozas. The Crozes Hermitage red wine is also delicious. We'll be back!

Superb welcome, incredibly dynamic, smiling, and engaging staff; amazing cuisine, the flavors are spot on, and the service is fast, with a complimentary digestif! The restaurant is located in a pleasant passageway, and there's plenty to explore afterwards. I highly recommend it!

29/03/2026: A must-try in Dijon ✨ "Chez Septime" is a delightful restaurant with a distinctly 80s vibe that adds a truly original touch. The atmosphere is friendly and relaxed, a far cry from overly formal settings—you immediately feel at ease. The menu is very appealing and enticing, the dishes are generous and delicious: a real treat 😋 Special mention goes to the staff, who are incredibly kind and remarkably flexible regarding allergens (gluten, lactose). This is truly appreciated and reassuring. The only slight drawback is the somewhat "hidden" location, which deserves to be more visible. In a busier area, the restaurant would undoubtedly be even more popular. In short, everything is there for a wonderful experience. We highly recommend it 👍✨

11/04/2026: It's not complicated; if you want good mussels, this is the place to go. You have a choice of about 10 different sauces; personally, I recommend the one with the wife—it's amazing. The fries are unlimited, and honestly, the staff is really top-notch.
