We had an excellent evening at Bistrot de Jean. First of all: the warm welcome from the team, the tastefully decorated place and above all… the quality of the cuisine!!! We feasted. Fresh and local products. Careful knowledge of the menu by the friendly waiter. It was difficult to make a choice, we took as many different dishes as possible per person to be able to taste as many as possible. Even the dressing was perfect! Best restaurant we've had in the area! Thank you all for the quality of your work, we will be back!

Excellent address in Saint Malo
We are comfortably seated, the dishes are atypical and fresh: from the starter to the dessert including the bread, great!
The service is excellent, warm and very cheerful despite the crowds.
The wine list is complete, in short, what more could you ask for?

Dishes prepared and cooked with as much care as love in a charming setting. It is obvious that all the dishes are cooked on site from A to Z, and the menu seems to be regularly renewed. Very beautiful presentation of the plates with warm and friendly room service while maintaining a professionalism that appeals. They know their dishes, their products, their drinks, their city and their work.
Hats off to this bistro, which hands down the union between the tradition of a bistro and the audacity of modern cuisine, all for a very respectable price.
