Our second experience at a Michelin-starred restaurant left us captivated by the experience offered by the chef and his team. The service was impeccable, warm, and seamless; the dishes were delicate and flavorful (our only slight reservation is that we would have liked some slightly bolder flavors); and the dining room's decor created a cozy atmosphere where one immediately felt at ease. We opted for the five-course tasting menu with wine pairings. We left this restaurant delighted with our meal.

An incredible evening! The welcome was fantastic, the team was lovely, smiling, and incredibly professional. We immediately felt at ease and supported throughout the meal. Each dish was a true culinary journey. So much creativity, and above all, so much flavor on every plate. The wine pairings were superb, with some wonderful discoveries. A beautiful place with a wonderful welcome. The servers are very friendly, with a great sense of humor and genuine kindness. The food is surprising, original, and delicious.

There were six of us. Excellent meal with quality ingredients. Friendly staff who took great care of us. It's a shame Thierry Schwartz didn't come to introduce himself and greet us.

Perfect Dishes, Disappointing Wines Hello, We discovered you on February 13th during Valentine's week. We ordered the 5-course menu with wines selected for their harmony with the dishes. When ordering, the wines were described to us as "biodynamic." We know many winemakers working according to Demeter standards and agree with this biodynamic approach. Unfortunately, these were not Demeter biodynamic wines, but natural wines, meaning wines made without the winemaker's expertise, resulting in wines that ruined the perfection of the dishes. What a shame! Everything else was perfect: the food, the service, the ambiance, the originality everywhere. After we pointed this out, the sommelier told us that only natural wines were available to finish the meal. We are therefore left with the impression of being misled when we ordered; the wines were not biodynamic, but natural wines, which were not indicated on the menu.
