Perfect Dishes, Disappointing Wines Hello, We discovered you on February 13th during Valentine's week. We ordered the 5-course menu with wines selected for their harmony with the dishes. When ordering, the wines were described to us as "biodynamic." We know many winemakers working according to Demeter standards and agree with this biodynamic approach. Unfortunately, these were not Demeter biodynamic wines, but natural wines, meaning wines made without the winemaker's expertise, resulting in wines that ruined the perfection of the dishes. What a shame! Everything else was perfect: the food, the service, the ambiance, the originality everywhere. After we pointed this out, the sommelier told us that only natural wines were available to finish the meal. We are therefore left with the impression of being misled when we ordered; the wines were not biodynamic, but natural wines, which were not indicated on the menu.

We were fortunate enough to discover Thierry Schwartz's restaurant during the holiday season, a moment made all the more precious as my parents had come especially from Ukraine to spend the holidays with us. Everything was absolutely remarkable: the finesse of the dishes, the perfect balance of flavors, the respect for the ingredients, and that emotion one feels when cuisine is sincere and heartfelt. Each plate told a story, with great skill but above all, with a great deal of soul. The welcome and service were on par with the cuisine: warm, attentive, without ever being intrusive. We experienced a timeless moment, one that my parents will cherish for a long time. A rare, genuine, and profoundly human gastronomic experience. Thank you for this unforgettable memory.

Perfect!!! A truly delightful experience in every way. A genuine Michelin-starred restaurant that lived up to our expectations. The service was impeccable, the setting elegant with its use of fine materials, and the intimate atmosphere was warm and inviting with the fireplace. The cuisine was refined, showcasing the best of local produce. Don't miss the Maréchal des Contades pâté... a delight!!! We Normans will be back; this is a must-visit for us! Thank you all!

A wonderful discovery! We were delighted with our meal. The dishes were delicious and presented in an original way. Special mention goes to the butter churning demonstration. This lunch held many surprises for us, both in terms of taste and the chef's style. We had a fantastic time and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.
