The owner gave us a fantastic welcome and we chatted about motorcycles during our break on our Paris-Dakar road trip. We had a delicious meal (lamb confit with mashed potatoes and steak tartare with potato gratin). The service was also perfect 👌 ✌️✌️✌️

It's a typically French place in the center of Bergerac. I loved their set menu (€26), especially the boiled eggs and the grilled duck. It has a very unusual bathroom.

Good restaurant, however, I was a little disappointed by the egg starter as the white wasn't cooked enough. The rest was good. The price of coffee is far too high compared to all the other restaurants in Bergerac.

Delicious food served with a smile! The presentation was impeccable; we thoroughly enjoyed our lunch. Second visit and just as satisfied as before! The menu offers excellent value for money! We'll be back! 😁

This was my first time at this restaurant and it was perfect! Delicious food, warm service, and great value for money. We had a wonderful time. The owner is really very friendly. A fantastic place in Bergerac, you can go without hesitation!

An excellent find, discovered somewhat by chance based on customer reviews. Very, very good value for money for such delicious and flavorful cuisine: we tried the "perfect egg" with trout and foie gras (a real treat, the balance was truly perfect), the beef, and the duck breast with gingerbread sauce (the meat was incredibly tender). For dessert, a truly homemade crème brûlée 😉. Add to that a welcoming and efficient service, even though there was only one person working in the dining room... A cozy atmosphere. In short, we definitely got our money's worth, and we'll be back 😄

08/04/2026: Truly an exceptional meal. We even bumped into the chef on the street before coming to eat, and he seemed smiling and pleased to see us—a very good sign. And above all, we opted for the tasting menu, which was on par with a Michelin-starred restaurant—and a truly creative one at that, with a fantastic identity. We'll particularly remember the lamb paired with mint and smoked yogurt, the celery with such a rich vegetable jus that you'd swear it was meat, and the revisited Fontainebleau, which is well worth the trip. Plus, a superb wine list... in short, what more could you ask for? Go for it!

20/04/2026: We popped in for dinner last Monday, we hadn’t made a reservation and they were so welcoming and accommodating. Fabulous hospitality from the staff & the food was spectacular. Can’t wait to go back & 💯 recommend 🌸
