A wonderful discovery during a weekend visit to Rennes. We had a lovely evening enjoying refined, carefully prepared, and unpretentious cuisine. The owner was very welcoming! Thank you to Marie-Lou for getting us a table at the last minute on Valentine's Day!

The dishes were very well arranged. 8.5/10 LOGISTICS The menu needed updating, otherwise very good. Making a reservation was easy. 6.5/10 QUALITY AND QUANTITY OF THE FOOD Bravo! The dishes were sophisticated and cooked with care and skill. The rabbit was very tender, well marinated, and the hunter's sauce brought out the rabbit's flavor. It was well-balanced, and the white wine was nicely seasoned. It just needed a touch more warmth. The chocolate fondant was perfectly cooked, and the acidity of the cream added complexity to the dish. 33/40 SERVICE Our lateness was graciously accepted. The menu was explained in detail with a passionate and engaging tone.
