Absolutely fantastic. Incredible flavors in creative dishes. Each of us (3) ordered a different dish and we all loved it. As for the staff... a delight. The welcome was very pleasant. Definitely worth discovering... and returning to.

An excellent culinary experience in the heart of Rennes. Each dish is a true work of visual art, enhanced by meticulous presentation on modern black platters. I was particularly impressed by the exquisite cooking. The duck leg was perfectly browned, accompanied by a flavorful jus served in its own small dish. Everything was delicious, from the generous starter of fresh raspberries to the delicately parsleyed shellfish. A must-visit for food lovers.

I made a reservation for lunch. I trusted them from the moment I saw them spreading out a thick reservation list and checking it! (Many restaurants make me unsure if my reservation is actually being taken...) They use ingredients that vary depending on what they source each day, so the server explained the menu carefully and thoroughly. They were very kind throughout and seemed to be working with confidence. As it's a bistro, the portions are large and I was quite full. The main fish dish seemed to be a whole fish. I also wanted to try dessert. I recommend it!
