Le Bistrot sur Chalon-Sur-Saone

We made a reservation on a Saturday afternoon for the evening and were lucky enough to get a free table. So, it's advisable to reserve in advance, and rightly so. The food, ambiance, and service were all top-notch. Everything was creative and expertly prepared, and all at very fair prices. As one would expect in Burgundy, the wine selection was also good and reasonably priced for Burgundy standards. If we're ever in the area again, we'll definitely be back. Thank you to the whole team for a wonderful evening.

Excellent restaurant! The menu offers two starters, two main courses, and two desserts, making it very difficult to choose because everything looks delicious... the dishes are beautifully presented and flavorful, a marvel! We will gladly return to try the rest ;-)

This restaurant is a hidden gem. Whether you're in a group or on a date, I highly recommend it. I ate with a group of friends with very different tastes, but everyone was very satisfied with the food, the presentation, and the service. Everything is excellent! The hardest part is choosing what to order. I'll remember that crème brûlée for a long time!
