Le Bistrot Bonnel sur Lyon

After a full day of touring and food. Chasing a quick light dinner. Close to hotel, popped by Bistrot Bonnel who had a full menu of delicious starters, mains and desserts but we were chasing pizza only. Pizza was amazing. Light and crispy where needed. Hubby said tomato sauce on his was delish. Couldn’t eat anymore so the lovely waitress grabbed a box and now we have holiday brekky pizza. If you’re in Lyon stop by for the best pizza in town.

We had excellent pizzas. The chef is very friendly. Reasonable prices, highly recommended! 😉

Absolutely! I haven't had a pizza of this quality in ages. Just steps from the auditorium, a perfect evening. Thanks to the owner, who's also very friendly!

The setting is very pleasant and the service impeccable. Kudos to the pizza chef who delighted us!

A great lunch! The daily special was excellent! The dessert was also delicious.

Thank you for this wonderful and enjoyable time, the team was very attentive, and the meal was excellent!

I've never been disappointed by their food. The pizzas are good, which is rare these days.

Fantastic! A warm and incredibly pleasant welcome, the gratin ravioli with St. Marcellin truffle sauce was delicious, and the beef was excellent. Thank you for this lovely time, see you soon! 👍

Surprisingly, we came here for lunch simply because it was close to our hotel, and it turned out to be the best dining experience we had in Lyon. The Angus steak was absolutely delicious, truly the best of the best! Highly recommended!

Totally excellent from the welcome, to the drinks, to the food and finally excellent service. It's a great place, lovely atmosphere and fabulous food. I'll be back with family!
