Nous avons déjeuné dans ce restaurant après avoir visité une maison de cognac toute proche. Heureusement que nous avions réservé car toutes les tables étaient prises. Nous avons pris le menu et en avons été pleinement satisfaits. Les assiettes sont bien dressées, les plats savoureux et les portions très correctes. Le service est aimable et efficace. Je recommande cette enseigne.

Well - what is to say. By far the best meal we’ve had in France. Deceptively simple and traditional dishes exactly as they should be. The salad dressed how it should be - the steak tender and juicy - the sauce well balanced and complimentary. Exemplary cooking!! (Lovely atmosphere and great wine list too).

We have come here for lunch twice now. The welcome, nothing to say, it is a very gourmet restaurant from starter to dessert... Very well presented in very beautiful plates.. The service is very serious. We will definitely come back!

After our cognac tasting our driver took us to this place. The food was amazing! Everything was fresh and from the local area. The staff were great. Staff was very knowledgable about all the dishes.

15/01/2025: One of our best dinner-experience during a roadtrip! Super friendly staff motivating us to try to speak French (but helped when we were struggling). Service not too quick and not too slow, just right. Restaurant feels family-run but I don’t know. Nice menu. Not everything was available but we were fine with it. Had a really good three course meal with aperitif and a bottle of wine. Everything of good quality and really tasty. Prices fair. Couldn’t recommend more.

17/09/2024: Second dinner at this establishment. Jovial and friendly boss. Fast ordering and efficient service. We ate very well. End of dinner with a very informative tasting and history of Cognac.
10/09/2024: I knew this restaurant before its takeover, and it was already very good. Not only is the quality always there, but the plates are plentiful and the service is very pleasant. My kidneys were cooked to perfection.
