Amazingly friendly and welcoming people! We came for a glass of cognac, got welcomed with open arms and left with a new made a bunch of new friends. We’ will come back soon, thank you so much for the hospitality! ❤️

Heerlijk dagmenu gegeten voor zeer redelijke prijs, maar een fantastische kwaliteit. Goede en vriendelijke bediening die geen enkel probleem had ons in het Engels te helpen als we iets niet wisten in het Frans. Beste maaltijd van onze vakantie!

Hotel Restaurant Heritage

31/03/2024: Charming hotel in the heart of Cognac. New, clean and good facilities. Super comfortable bed and quiet room. Friendly staff and very good hotel restaurant To give it a drawback, it does not have parking and the hotel is on a pedestrian street There are two public and uncovered car parks nearby that have 1 hour free (you have to get a ticket) and then they have a ticket for €8 all day.
28/02/2024: Great friendly welcoming hotel in the centre of cognac town. Tsiory who greeted us on arrival couldn’t have been more helpful, offering to ring a cognac house that we wanted to visit but hadn’t booked to see if we could go tasting. Rooms fresh and clean with plenty of room for storage. Good size bathroom and bottled water in the room very welcome. We also ate at the restaurant and particularly enjoyed the exquisitely cooked scallops starter. All courses well presented and delicious. Staff in the restaurant friendly if a little inexperienced. We would certainly recommend this hotel and will stay here again. No parking available here, but some public parking behind the hotel at a short distance

26/02/2024: A simply magical place that you must discover at all costs, the charm that emanates from it is simply not describable, you have to see it to describe it yourself..... you will only have one desire, to come back
09/02/2024: Very very nice discovery Superb stay unfortunately one night in a very pretty green setting. I appreciated everything, from the arrival and making contact with the very friendly staff, to the overnight stay in the pretty cabin facing the Charente.... to be repeated for sure
