Le Bistrot de Courtoisville sur Saint-Malo

14/08/2026: I’m not sure why this restaurant doesn’t have a higher rating. The room is elegant, the staff top notch, and the menu items carefully prepared. If you have dietary restrictions their menu is coded for most dietary restrictions. If you’re lactose intolerant they spoke to the chef and helped to adapt the menu to my likings. The best part was that there were tasty desert options! I’m so thankful for the good meal and attentive service but I will say expect small portions with a high price tag, most likely for the lower rating. It was worth it!

28/05/2026: Everything was excellent! The setting, the staff (from the youngest to the most experienced), the table setting, and the food itself! I was lucky enough to have full board for four days and thoroughly enjoyed every single meal!
