Nutella and chantilly cream waffle was delicious but hard to eat when served on a small cardboard square - service was average. Unsmiling staff - maybe they were tired of the tourists? Would return for another waffle anytime. It was amazing.

Absolutely amazing!
The doughnuts are excellent. The combination with Nutella and Italian ice cream is divine.
I'd been wanting to visit this shop for a year and I wasn't disappointed. On the contrary, the staff were very friendly. The flowery window display makes the place look fantastic.
I'll be back.

Two four-cheese sandwiches and a tomato, mozzarella, and pesto sandwich, plus a ham, butter, and cheese sandwich, and three drinks + fries for €41. It's good, it's made fresh on the spot, you can tell. And chocolate doughnuts to devour.

First visit based on a recommendation as a great place to try, and we weren't disappointed. The apple fritter was delicious, and the waffle was excellent and very generously filled. A great spot for an afternoon snack! 😉

A fantastic discovery in Saint-Malo! Maison Hector Waffle Shop offers absolutely delicious, generously sized waffles, prepared with great care. 😍 The batter is perfect, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, with tempting toppings that make you want to try everything!
The welcome is warm, the atmosphere very pleasant, and the staff truly friendly. You can feel their genuine passion for the products and their expertise. A must-visit for a delicious break in Saint-Malo!
I highly recommend it, and I'll definitely be back! 🧇❤️

What a charming little place Maison Hector Waffle Shop is in Saint-Malo! The decor is adorable and the staff are very friendly. If you're looking for a quick but delicious lunch, the ham and butter baguette sandwiches—made with Bordier butter!—are absolutely decadent and flavorful. The prices are quite reasonable. A lovely little spot to discover when visiting Saint-Malo!
