On a quiet street near the city center, you'll find this small restaurant with fewer than 10 tables and a tiny kitchen (you can tell through the porthole that space is limited) where the chef and his team are hard at work. But the result lives up to its reputation. A unique set menu (starter, main course, and dessert) that is original, beautifully presented, full of flavor, and served with care. I highly recommend it.

This restaurant was recommended to us by colleagues from Moulins as one of the two best restaurants in town. We decided to follow their advice and were pleasantly surprised. The restaurant is a stone's throw from Place d'Allier, right in the town center, difficult to access by car. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The restaurant was full, so it's best to book in advance (especially if you'd prefer to eat on the terrace). We had the bistronomic menu of the day. The dishes were comforting, quite generous, and well worth the price. Don't hesitate to stop by Guillaume's if you're passing through Moulins. A restaurant that's fully approved and recommended!

An exceptional taste experience, we simply enjoyed ourselves from the starter to the dessert! The duck breast was divinely cooked, the side dishes generous and perfectly cooked, the server adorable and smiling.
