A perfect welcome, warm, attentive yet discreet, and truly delicious and refined cuisine. Bravo to the whole team! Our only slight regret, but one that didn't spoil our delightful lunch, was the small size of the two dining rooms.

We celebrated our 55th wedding anniversary there. Guillaume's talent and inventiveness delighted our taste buds; from the salmon to the praline éclair, everything was delicious. His partner provided attentive and friendly service, and we had an unforgettable time. Thank you both, we will be back soon because every meal is a wonderful discovery.

We had a wonderful time at Bistrot de Guillaume! 😊 The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, the setting was charming, and the cuisine was refined, featuring high-quality ingredients. There were so many thoughtful touches: cloth napkins, unique sugar in the coffee, an amuse-bouche with the aperitif, a small Morello cherry with the coffee... A true delight! The value for money was excellent. We appreciated the attention to detail and the amuse-bouche before the main course. A huge thank you to the entire team for this memorable meal! We highly recommend this restaurant for a gourmet evening.

Small restaurant near Place d'Allier, very good food, reasonable prices. The dining room is very small, it's best to book in advance.

French cuisine, but of high quality. With beautifully prepared dishes. Delicious flavors and perfect presentation. You can tell the food is truly excellent at this establishment. I highly recommend it if you want to enjoy a wonderful culinary experience.

Everything is meticulously arranged: the welcome, the presentation of the dishes, and the sheer pleasure of the food. Visiting this place is always a renewed pleasure.

Good lunch. The owner is very friendly. We paid 7 euros for a 33cl bottle of Coke, the same price as at Maxim's in Paris. We weren't given a drinks menu, otherwise we wouldn't have ordered any.
