The south of France is changing and losing its soul… from a roadside bistro, it's become a good, generous, and delicious stopover… very friendly and attentive, a little less so when it comes to paying, the food is very good, high-quality seasonal produce and plenty of it, but something's missing to be perfect… a bit pricey, but you're almost in St Rémy…

Great restaurant, the terrace is a complete change of scenery. The food is good. The music is pleasant. The staff is friendly. The children's area is perfect.

I had the pleasure of discovering Bistrot de la Galine, and the experience was simply remarkable. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism. The service was impeccable from beginning to end, attentive without being intrusive. As for the food, I was particularly impressed by the lemon-infused trout gravlax: perfectly balanced, incredibly fresh, with a touch of acidity that enhanced the fish. A dish as delicate as it was flavorful, which immediately set the tone. The polenta dish was also a triumph: generous, comforting, and exquisitely prepared, with perfectly controlled flavors. You can feel the genuine care taken with the ingredients and the combinations. In short, an address I wholeheartedly recommend for the quality of its cuisine and the excellence of its service. A truly wonderful discovery!
