Excellent fixed price meals. Innovative cuisine. Menu changes every night. Wonderful service. Single seating, so no rush. Very attractive dining spaces, including inside, in a glassed-in sunroof, and on a terrace. Wonderful service. We ate dinner there 6 of the seven nights of our stay at the Mad des Carassins in which the restsursnt resides.

Fantastic restaurant! We received a very warm welcome, everything was delicious, congratulations to the chefs, the service was impeccable, the setting is very pleasant, and the large parking lot is a bonus...nothing to complain about, we were very happy with our evening

Absolutely excellent restaurant! The entire staff is very friendly, the setting is magnificent, the service is incredibly fast, and the server really caters to our needs. The meal is as beautiful to look at as it is delicious! The dessert is to die for! Keep up the good work! We'll be back!

We took the cooking class as a family and it was a fantastic experience. Pierre, the owner, welcomed us and took us to the local market, where we bought goat cheese and olive oil from the region. Then we cooked with Yvan, the chef, who patiently and cheerfully explained everything to us – delicious and simple dishes that we can now make at home. We had a wonderful time from start to finish, thanks to the attentiveness of both of them. 100% recommended, we will definitely be back!
