The restaurant's menu changes seasonally. Very well located in Mimizan beach. Excellent value for money and a well-chosen wine list.

Despite arriving late for lunch today, we received a very warm welcome and excellent advice. We thoroughly enjoyed everything: the fish soup, the cuttlefish, the fish, the homemade breaded goat salad, and even the local dessert, the silver rib, and I had some sheep's cheese...it was all perfect. And the staff were incredibly kind. Thank you!

Fantastic restaurant, a chance discovery during a stroll, no reservation required. A delightful surprise, both in terms of the food (sincere congratulations to the chef) and the service (a superb waiter, full of humor and professionalism). I highly recommend it. Indulge in the fish soup, followed by the cod with chorizo and peppers, and the profiterole-style canelé... The hardest part is choosing... my only advice: go!

The starter took a while to arrive, but the rest was quick, which made up for the initial inconvenience.
The main course was very good, the dessert was decent, but I was disappointed with the starter.
The portion of the starter was too small.
Overall, the restaurant is good.

Le Bistrot de la Mer is an excellent restaurant in Mimizan that I highly recommend. I came with my family for my birthday and we had a lovely time. The decor is tasteful, the food is delicious, and the staff is particularly attentive to our needs. Thank you again for your delicious cuisine and warm welcome. ☀️
