A truly wonderful spot in the heart of Compiègne, just steps from the Oise River. A very warm welcome, beautifully presented dishes, and above all, impeccable service! The waiters are incredibly attentive!
The decor is typical of a French bistro, and the banquette seating is very comfortable.
The value for money is excellent! Perfect for a delightful meal.

Undoubtedly the best restaurant in Compiègne, and at a reasonable price!
The menu has something for everyone, the ingredients are fresh, and the presentation is worthy of the finest restaurants. The maître d' takes the time to explain the menu and advise you on wines; his passion is palpable and contagious. The chef himself will greet you in the dining room and ensure you had a pleasant experience. Nothing too stuffy here; the atmosphere is friendly without being noisy. You won't leave hungry, but you'll definitely want to return to discover the other offerings.

A very warm welcome. Not too long a wait between courses. Traditional setting with a bar in the main room. Regarding the menu, I had a starter of roasted Camembert with bacon and honey, accompanied by two slices of toasted baguette, which I only moderately enjoyed (a somewhat mixed and personal taste). The salmon was perfect for my partner. For the main course, the sea bass with vegetables was succulent (the color, crispness, and flavor of the vegetables were all excellent). Finally, the fruit crumble with vanilla ice cream and the chestnut fondant with blackcurrant ice cream were very good. Highly recommended.
