I discovered Bistrot Saveur in Castres this month, and what a lovely discovery to start the year! I opted for the chef's surprise menu and I wasn't disappointed at all. The food was truly excellent: the duck was perfectly cooked, grilled yet tender. And what can I say about the dessert… the soufflé was simply incredible. I usually choose chocolate, but I decided to try something else and I don't regret it one bit. Hats off to Chef Scott for this delicious experience!

19/02/2026: Evening service on Wednesday, February 18, 2026. (A table of 11 people, retirement dinner). Impeccable: superb service, smiles, helpful advice, delicious food, a very pleasant time spent together. A great place to eat.
