40 years at Bistrot des Saveurs! Chef Simon knows how to perfectly combine originality and beauty in his dishes. The food is delicious, only fresh produce from the Castres market. Marie Hélène is adorable, available and discreet. An exceptional address in Castres. My 40 candles were well blown out.

Very nice experience. Very professional and simple gastronomic restaurant. Very good atmosphere. We had a blast. The restaurant lives up to its name: the flavors are there. Very good value for money. I recommend!

C’est toujours et de loin le meilleur restaurant de Castres. A midi il propose en plus un rapport qualité prix imbattable. De belles assiettes, on se régale. L’équipe au service est sympathique.

05/09/2024: A first for us, but completely successful. We chose this place to celebrate our silver wedding anniversary alone, while enjoying a good meal. We were delighted with all these flavorful dishes. We had a blast! An address to remember and to give with your eyes closed to our guests in guest rooms and gîtes!
31/08/2024: Very good place to eat good meat, a good burger or a salad. To be tested, without hesitation.
