A good restaurant, but definitely not a 4-star establishment due to the uneven balance of flavors. The risotto, for example, has too much cheese, which overwhelms the palate and masks the other flavors, and the aligot is simply a good mashed potato, lacking garlic and, consequently, with too little cheese. Excellent service, ambiance, and presentation of the dishes; otherwise, it deserves 5 stars!

Amuse-bouche: small cheese puffs +++ Starter: leek and smoked trout: absolutely excellent! With a lovely shallot vinaigrette. Dessert: blood orange and blackcurrant puff pastry: delicious! We thoroughly enjoyed it.

09/02/2026: Just a stone's throw from the A6 motorway, near Beaune, this is a stop not to be missed. A beautiful restaurant by the water with refined cuisine. The service is equally impeccable; in short, an address we've noted down for a future visit, and even for a longer detour, as we enjoyed it so much.
07/02/2026: Excellent food, we thoroughly enjoyed it. Warm welcome, a very pleasant discovery. I highly recommend it.

23/12/2025: The only downside is the very excessive price for very good quality meat served with fries or vegetables.
07/12/2025: The restaurant and service were excellent. We enjoyed a perfectly prepared ribeye steak with homemade fries (a touch overcooked). The prices reflect the high standard of this establishment. No complaints whatsoever, thank you for a wonderful experience. See you soon.
