Very warm welcome and very friendly. All the staff take great care of you. Very good meal with a beautiful presentation. Short walk in the park after lunch. Too bad the rain spoiled the trip.

Great experience! We loved the very gourmet cuisine, the very pleasant service and the very cozy setting, particularly thanks to the large central fireplace.

An almost, almost perfect lunch at the Bistrot au bord de l'eau in Levernois. Located less than 30 minutes by car from Dijon, the restaurant's setting is truly charming. It is located in the heart of a hotel with magnificent gardens and has a friendly decoration that puts you at ease upon arrival. In terms of cuisine, again almost faultless: the eggs meurette and pâté served as a starter were simply delicious and could have been reserved 4 times without it having bothered me. For the main courses, the risotto with seasonal vegetables and the beef chuck in Burgundian sauce were perfectly executed from cooking to seasoning. Let's talk about the cheeses: an impeccable selection of high quality which completed this already successful meal. The only downside for dessert was a pear-peanut finger, which I found too sweet and lacking in textures. Finally, the strong argument, the highlight of the show: An exceptional wine list allowed us to accompany the meal with elixirs of remarkable finesse, divine companions to the dishes served to us. All this could have ended with a total strike but unfortunately, the perfect meal does not exist. The only problem therefore lay in the service, a little or even very cold and impersonal, a shame for a restaurant of this standing which aims to be friendly and gourmet. It nevertheless remains a very nice experience that I will happily relive, especially for such a reasonable price.

Very nice and authentic setting. The staff takes great care. Top dishes but I have the impression that they haven't changed the menu since our last visit last year...and the prices may have also increased slightly.

Quel endroit idyllique, très belle terrasse. Un accueil et service exemplaire de toute l équipe, mention spéciale à Élodie qui a su nous faire passer un moment très agréable. Une cuisine à la fois gourmande et traditionnelle. Petit clin d oeil à l île flottante qui est à tomber.
