A fantastic aperitif: the Saint Germain Spritz was excellent 🥰 and a lovely meal with a special shout-out to the homemade blueberry tart. Kudos to the entire team, from the reception to the service and the kitchen… everything was top-notch 👌

We came for a trout tournedos, but unfortunately (it's supposed to be fresh) they were out of it...
Anyway, I don't like fish 🤷♂️
The burger(s) were excellent, cooked exactly as requested, and the sauce was perfect.
Homemade fries (so many places just serve frozen ones).
Dessert: very good.
Final thoughts:
Have a great season, stay just the way you are, we love it and that's why we came back!

A must-visit in Cauterets. We were impressed by the quality of the service, which was attentive and professional. As for the food, the hamburger is excellent, made with real, high-quality meat and generous, amazing sides! And a special mention for the tiramisu, which was simply divine. You can taste the passion in every bite. Thank you again!
