Passing through Cholet, I found this restaurant online—a real find! To begin with, the service was perfect, very pleasant and professional. The main course was delicious and beautifully presented: a perfectly cooked and melt-in-your-mouth pork loin. And the daring dessert with vanilla, kiwi, and arugula was simply divine! I highly recommend it. Go for it!

I was quite disappointed by the main course; the meat was overcooked and not very tender. However, the dessert was delicious, a subtle blend of flavors. I'm giving the food a harsh rating, but for a main course at €21.50, I expected better quality. The setting, service, and cleanliness were impeccable. A shame...

Simple and efficient service, attentive and engaging waiter. Impeccable setting, calm and welcoming atmosphere. The menu is intentionally vague… and what a pleasant surprise 😋 The perfect truffle egg was delicious, and the lamb and hake were perfectly seasoned. Excellent desserts and cheeses. My credit card took a hit 😅 but no regrets. A place I'll definitely return to 😉
