An unparalleled experience in Saint-Malo so far! A very delicate and elegant starter (tuna ceviche). The main courses were very generous and flavorful, each with its own unique touch (sea bream and pollack). A perfectly sweet dessert to end this wonderful meal (peach and pistachio tartlet). Thank you for sharing this experience with us; your welcome was perfect, and the camaraderie within the team shines through in your cooking! We will definitely be back.

A wonderful restaurant right in the heart of Saint-Malo with a relaxed, unpretentious atmosphere. The food was absolutely outstanding. We had a fish dish served with gnocchi and tomatoes, an unexpected combination that turned out to be simply incredible, with beautifully balanced flavours. The staff were warm, courteous and attentive throughout the evening, and the prices were very reasonable for the quality. We had booked a table for 9:30 pm, but they kindly called us half an hour earlier to let us know our table was already available if we wanted to come sooner. A thoughtful gesture that was much appreciated. Highly recommended.

Perhaps the best restaurant in Saint-Malo, though can’t say for certain as we didn’t eat anywhere else. Le Bristot du Rocher blew us away from start to finish. From the homemade sourdough to the delicious wine selection, it’s all top quality. Including the staff who hosted us so generously. Would come back to Saint-Malo just for another meal. A must!

02/07/2026: Great food and very good service. The mussels were great and I like they had so many choices of mussels. My wife had the garlic (insanely garlic!) and I had the apple and sausage. Both were absolutely amazing.
28/06/2026: Great! The waiter was welcoming and very friendly. The atmosphere was convivial, and the mussels were excellent! ☺️ However, I was a little disappointed with the cod loin, which was probably frozen 🥲
