Perhaps the best restaurant in Saint-Malo, though can’t say for certain as we didn’t eat anywhere else. Le Bristot du Rocher blew us away from start to finish. From the homemade sourdough to the delicious wine selection, it’s all top quality. Including the staff who hosted us so generously. Would come back to Saint-Malo just for another meal. A must!

Absolutely excellent! Starter, main course, and dessert—everything is fresh and homemade. The €22 set menu (main course and dessert) or starter and main course offers this level of freshness and quality. I haven't had such a good meal in a long time. Well done, and please keep up this level of quality! Go for it and book now!

A delight for the taste buds! Delicious from appetizer to dessert. Ultra-fresh ingredients, everything homemade, right down to the bread. A chef working alone in the kitchen, creating marvelous dishes. True works of art, as beautiful as they are delicious. A super friendly waiter who knew how to recommend excellent wines. A very welcoming dining room. I highly recommend it.

Excellent restaurant: we thoroughly enjoyed our meal from start to finish, with a special mention for the sweetbreads glazed with soy sauce! We received a very warm welcome, the dining room is lovely, and the wine recommendation was much appreciated! We will definitely be back!
