Very nice experience at Le Cambusier! Nice, cozy restaurant. Small menu with nice options to choose from - we thought everything was well prepared and very tasty. We felt the passion around the wine and we were very happy with what was recommended to us as well. Good value to quality ratio here, recommend a visit!

A must-see address in Saint-Malo! The Chef has a very original relationship with salads and vegetables. He works on them in a learned, unique and astonishing way. The result surprises (in a good way) the mind and the palate! I really appreciated the integration of a multitude of salad varieties in his scallop carpaccio proposal. It was disconcertingly delicate. Never juxtaposed, but truly one with the scallops. The feat was exactly the same, when it came to the garnish proposed with the cod fillet with Paprika...there was a very successful cutting and assembly of vegetables...never before smelled or felt by your servant...the proof, I still think about it... I think again and again of the very clever proposal and selection of wines. I never really believed in the food/wine pairing...that evening and thanks to the expertise and good taste of Madame, who is also a sommelier, I had an apparition...I I started to believe it.... It must still be recognized that Madame is a very beautiful and very friendly person. Impossible to resist its charm! A beautiful address.

Excellent address, we had a starter, main course and dessert formula in the evening with glasses of wine to accompany. The service and quality of the dishes were there! I recommend !

Très agréable restaurant ou la saveur des plats se marie a celle des vins. Cuisson du poisson excellente et dessert a tomber. L’accueil et la présentation est un plus a qui aime les histoires surtout si vous êtes Malouin. Merci pour cet agressivité soirée
