We had lunch together this Sunday. The starter, main course, and dessert were all prepared with care and great taste. The flavors and presentation of the dishes were excellent.

Excellent food, the sweet potato purée is exceptional. The same goes for all the dishes on the menu. It's flawless, both in terms of cuisine and service. The price is quite reasonable for this quality. You can go there without hesitation.

Where to have lunch on a Sunday in Aigues-Mortes? At Bistrot Paiou! The menu is advertised as bistronomic, and indeed, it has everything. The cuisine is refined, a festival of flavors, colors, and aromas—an ode to the senses.
Not to mention the very warm welcome and the family-friendly atmosphere in the dining room.
A pure delight in every way.
We will certainly return during our next stay in the region.
