While passing through Aigues-Mortes, we were able to enjoy this restaurant. A passionate cook, he is a source of suggestions for wine and digestives. Culinarily, the products are fresh. The turbot was very good. I enjoyed the olive chips. Finally, the profiteroles are crazy, as the waitress pointed out. As the restaurant was full, our table was apart. If I can give two points for improvement: a small plant or decoration would be welcome to maintain the pleasant setting of the restaurant when you are further away. Also, for an aperitif, a little something to nibble alongside the drink would be nice. We highly recommend.

We came to dine in this restaurant 4/5 years ago and we came back yesterday! The dishes are always so good and the service impeccable! We had a great evening and had a great time. I recommend!

Memorable culinary experience I can only recommend the place. Flavors to be found, mention for the incredible meat juices. The foodie in me just perhaps regrets the portions being a little small but I will come back with pleasure.

Go for it without hesitation!!! Stalled by a very good smell coming from the main avenue, my partner and I stopped at this restaurant. A really nice man created a place for us that didn't normally exist He then explains to us that people have made reservations, then canceled at the last moment. (Thanks to them) We thought it was a waiter. This gentleman was none other than the excellent Chef of this restaurant. Orders were presented and taken by two waitresses who were really caller on the subject. Whether in the choice of dishes, wines or desserts, nothing to complain about. So excellent. Thanks to the waitress "la carte" who despite her young age, a quirky side (it's not pejorative on the contrary but some tables nearby have criticized) compared to the restaurant, was really great throughout. In short, a big thank you We will come back to taste the floating island next time.
