I lived in Tours for two years; it was the place to be. I went there every time my parents came to Tours. I highly recommend it!

We arrived late, craving meat, and received a very warm welcome. The service and atmosphere were perfect, and the meat itself was excellent—cooked to perfection and incredibly tender. We were definitely in the right place. Thank you again.

Unbeatable value for money for top-quality meat and more than generous portions

Not being from the area, we found this restaurant and weren't disappointed. Everything we ordered was homemade and delicious. I'm so glad I tried the rillons salad, a local specialty. The ribeye and flank steak were superb; for the price, we weren't expecting such excellent cuts! For dessert, the caramelized apple French toast was also a delightful surprise for us, as we're used to the chocolate fondant, banoffee pie, or tiramisu that you find everywhere. A fantastic find, a great place with reasonable prices! Don't hesitate to visit this restaurant.

Nostalgic for our student days in Tours, we return to this restaurant every year with great pleasure. The welcome is always impeccable; despite leaving a voicemail late in the day to make a reservation, we were called back by the lovely owner to confirm it. As every year, we had a wonderful time: the meat is extraordinary, the wine is good, and the atmosphere is perfect. Special mention goes to our absolutely delightful waitress, who was funny and incredibly efficient. Unaccustomed to such attentiveness, we didn't dare ask her name, but we know she's studying fine arts. This is rare for us (we're usually so stingy), and since there's no tip box, we left our tip with the reception staff, hoping they'd find her. All the best to you, and see you next year!

What could be better than meeting up with old friends in such a charming square, in such a charming restaurant with such charming waitresses and owner? But above all, the beef was absolutely delightful. A truly wonderful time that will definitely be repeated. Oh yes, for sure!
