The restaurant has changed owners since my last visit to Saint Jean de Monts. The manager and her husband (the chef) are lovely. The menu is small, but offers a varied and interesting selection. The ingredients are local and fresh. We enjoyed an exceptional terrine, delicious lamb with mogette beans, a perfect Fief Vendéen red wine, and fresh strawberries with light cream. And the prices reflect the quality of the food and service. I highly recommend it!

From the moment you arrive, you're greeted with rare warmth and kindness—the service is not only professional, but above all incredibly friendly and attentive. And then… the meat 🤩 A pure moment of bliss! Perfectly cooked, remarkably high-quality, incredible flavors—you can immediately taste the care taken with the ingredients. Everything is executed to perfection. The wine list is also superb, with some excellent selections that perfectly complement the dishes. Every detail is carefully considered to offer a complete experience. The atmosphere is convivial and welcoming; you feel right at home—like being at home, but better! And a special mention for the impeccable cleanliness, which further enhances the overall quality of the establishment. And a huge plus for animal lovers 🐕🐕: we were with two large dogs, and they were welcomed with exceptional kindness. These days, it's rare to feel so welcome with your four-legged companions! In short, everything here is delicious, everything is perfect. A must-visit that I wholeheartedly recommend… and where I'll be back very soon! 👏 Bravo to the whole team!
