As a confirmed foodist, I finally found a rib of beef worthy of the name in Pau! Photo taken 5 minutes after starting to eat! Of high quality, the exquisitely flavored meat was cooked to perfection and served with new potatoes, a variety of vegetables and some porcini mushrooms, all accompanied by different delicious sauces. Impeccable service, attentive waitress who even provided a great doggy bag because we had difficulty finishing because the board was so plentiful. But that's not all, the establishment even offered a baguette as a bonus. Top-notch ambient music.
