I stumbled upon this restaurant on a whim. A pleasant place, and we discovered a very reasonably priced menu. One starter, very original and very tasty: tuna tataki on a bed of peppers and onions with a sweet soy sauce reduction and sesame seeds: excellent. One main course: a whole veal kidney ordered pink: inedible, so dried out and dehydrated. Plus, nothing was cooked, just a wholegrain mustard sauce smothering the plate. The pan-fried vegetables on the side were quite good, although the vegetables could have been a bit crisper, in my opinion. The "café gourmand" (a selection of small desserts) finished the meal on a rather pleasant note, except for a chocolate fondant which was simply a dry chocolate cake, nothing moist at all. Unlikely to return.

A wonderful experience at Le Bouchon Gourmand to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary. The gravlax was exquisite as a starter, followed by a fillet of sea bass with a superb truffle purée, and for dessert, a rum baba and French toast, both perfectly executed. The food was delicious, the ingredients high quality, and the portions generous. We wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant for a gourmet experience in Chantilly.
