Alright. A traditional brasserie where you eat well and inexpensively (30-50% cheaper) Here, customer relations mean something and customer service is top notch. The waiters are always there for you, and with a smile (rare at that time), so is the boss. So there are people there and people are running in all directions!! Book to be sure. Atmosphere guaranteed if you go to Chantilly!

We stopped for a Viennese chocolate with Chantilly... To die for... Go and taste their Chantilly... It's worth the detour

Very good brewery. We feel at home there, friendly and charming. The burgers are good and the cooking of the meat is respected. The salads are also very good. Note when there are a lot of people we feel the servers are a little disorganized who sometimes forget us...nothing too bad. The prices are very reasonable for small budgets, I recommend

I have been coming to Sylvia regularly for...20 years! Never disappointed, top team, really caring. The food is good and the atmosphere is always nice, whether you're on the terrace or inside.

06/04/2024: A very warm welcome! The staff is friendly and has a sense of humor. The meals were delicious, the tartare prepared in front of us, and the lollipop pancakes too! I enjoyed myself and had a great time! I highly recommend !
04/04/2024: A typical French gastronomy restaurant where you can eat well. Impeccable service from start to finish of the meal. The friendliness of the staff and in particular the boss should be highlighted. The dishes are delicious and the plates are well stocked. The wines are just as good and the menu is well stocked. A restaurant that is worth the detour even if located 1 hour from Paris. We will definitely return (in summer to enjoy the outdoor terrace).

22/03/2024: Simply superb! From the welcome, to the different dishes, all excellent, including the huge cheese platter, the quality of the service, the view of the kitchens... and I forget some! What magnificent work and team cohesion! I didn't just have a meal, I had a dance! The waiters, the sommelier, the cooks, the chef... the special attention given to the event for which we were there, it's all there! A big thank you and in particular to Grace and Monsieur le Sommelier! I invite you to go there! The eyes are not closed but wide open! We'll have our taste buds full, our eyes full and our hearts full! They pay as much attention, if not more, to the "small restaurants" who make this outing only once in their life, as to the "large restaurants" who can afford this type of restaurant every evening. Thanks again ! As Grace said when she took us home, it's a magnificent job that they do and they do it very well!
