Very nice, unique bar. However, the Coca-Cola wasn't very cold. Luckily there were ice cubes and no carbonation; normally it fizzes, but this one was flat and arrived uncapped by the waiter! It's as if they refilled the returnable Coke bottle with a 2-liter bottle that was 2-3 days old. Apart from that, the bar is beautiful and the waiters are friendly.

I love going to French cities, wandering around, and stumbling upon great pubs. You walk in and think, "This must be it, the best pub in town." That's how it was here, too. I walked in and thought, "This must be it." But since it was the first place I saw, I thought I'd keep looking. Two hours later, I came back, and: it was simply wonderful. It was packed, yet relaxed, you could easily have a conversation, and the staff were laid-back but service-oriented. Somehow, everyone seems to know that this is the best place; I have no idea how that happens, it just is. I didn't eat, but even the beer tasted fantastic, as a German... which doesn't happen very often.

Friendly servers and a great atmosphere! Even though it's located at an intersection, the street is quiet and pleasant. I recommend it!

Gotta say, the first time we saw this jumping spot we were jealous, everyone was lively and every seat full. Same the next night. Finally, this afternoon we snagged a table. What makes this delightful little bar under the big tree so special? If you could bottle it.......

Absolutely fantastic! A super cute little bar under the trees, with a vintage, flea market vibe. A truly relaxing experience where time seems to stand still! It has everything!

11/07/2026: This is a great place! Kayfii: it's the best Senegalese restaurant I've ever been to, the best tiep/mafé I've ever had, and the thiakry is amazing. Sally, the cook, is lovely and always has thoughtful touches that make all the difference. She introduced me to white bissap, which is delicious. The South Indian restaurant: a real discovery! I hadn't been before. I had the dossa, which was very good—the sauce was full of flavor—and the biryani was perfectly spiced and cooked. It was delicious. I'll definitely be back!
10/05/2026: A very simple restaurant, a bit unusual at first, but the food is delicious. It was a lucky coincidence that led us to this restaurant. Next time we'll definitely go here. It's wonderful that places like this exist.

23/03/2026: Honestly, I just had to share this because the experience was so incredible! Several years ago, I discovered Basile and his Café Cyclette quite by chance in Lyon… and I already had an amazing memory of it. Well, I just went back a few days ago, and it's simple: it's still THE best coffee in Lyon, without a doubt! The taste is just perfect, balanced, rich, truly superior to anything else you can find. But beyond the coffee, it's the service that makes all the difference: an incredibly warm welcome, genuine passion, a sincere smile… you can tell everything is done with heart, a true Lyonnais heart! It's rare to see such consistent quality after several years. Honestly, it's a pleasure, and it deserves to be recognized! If you're ever in Lyon, don't even hesitate: go for it. You won't be disappointed.
