First time eating here and a very pleasant discovery. The service was superb: politeness and smiles were ever-present, which is very welcome and unfortunately quite rare these days. Being very picky about vegetables, I ordered the salmon with Chinese cabbage and breaded mousseline. It was a very pleasant surprise: the dish was excellent, well-seasoned, and very well-prepared. The salmon was melt-in-your-mouth tender and the vegetables delicious; I thoroughly enjoyed it. For dessert, I had the cheese selection platter. Again, nothing to complain about: they were excellent. You can tell they are fresh and carefully selected products. It's refined, very good, I have absolutely no complaints. The quality of the service was also excellent: very little waiting time, which was much appreciated. The friendliness of the young woman and man who served us, always with a smile, also contributed to this very enjoyable experience. We will gladly return ☺️

We shared an absolutely extraordinary dinner with nine guests, both for the quality of the food and the warm and relaxed atmosphere! They opened a room for us without hesitation, even though we didn't have a reservation, and served us at a perfect pace with exceptional kindness. I highly recommend this restaurant.

We were seated in no time… and already felt at home. And then… the open kitchen we walked through before discovering this superb dining room, decorated with such exquisite taste 🫶 We immediately knew we were in the right place. The €20 set menu? Absolutely divine! A truly heavenly brie mousse (I'm still thinking about it 😍), a hearty, flavorful, and generous main course—just the way we like it—I struggled to finish it! And the dessert… a real wow factor, guaranteed to make your eyes sparkle ✨ You're going straight into my top 10. It's simple: as soon as we're back in Albi, we'll be back.
