Everything was excellent. The ingredients are local, the dishes are original and beautifully presented, it's delicious. The service was quick and very friendly. A good wine list.

Ordered the menu of the day. Starter was nice, but the main (steak) was over way cooked. The dessert was supermarket yogurt topped with unripe mangos… when i told the waitress the mangos weren’t ripe she simply answered ‘oh we had to find them last minute’. Setting was nice but unfortunately i will not be coming back. I am quite surprised by the positive reviews.

07/12/2025: During our visit to Albi, we stopped for lunch at this restaurant and it was a great choice. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. Highly recommended.

12/12/2025: Exquisite flavors from appetizer to dessert. Don't come to Albi without visiting L'Alchimy.
