Incredible, I've been a fan of this restaurant for over 10 years and every time it's a real pleasure to come back. Special mention for the grapefruit soufflé which I still dream about. I don't understand why this restaurant doesn't have a star, for me it would be well deserved

We celebrated our diamond wedding anniversary 💎at Buerhiesel and all our guests had "stars" ⭐️⭐️⭐️ in their eyes! Everything was perfect: cozy room, impeccable service, tasty and original cuisine. A big THANK YOU to Eric WESTERMANN and his entire team. Anne-Lise and Pierre

Superbe restaurant gastro, tout est presque parfait ...sauf les quantités rikiki ! Nous avons pris le menu Expression, les assiettes sont magnifiques, les mets excellents, mais en 4 bouchees maximum, chaque plat etait avalé...50 g de plus pour chaque plat ne m auraient pas laissée sur ma faim ! Heureusement que le pain est donné en abondance ! Je précise que je suis une dame avec un appetit normal !

27/01/2026: The dishes are as delicious as ever, and the presentation is impeccable. You can tell the chef has poured all their passion and energy into creating them. The service is equally impressive, friendly and efficient. Even though the menu is small, everyone found something they liked. We're really looking forward to coming back.

17/01/2026: Delicious food at reasonable prices. Very friendly staff and a lovely atmosphere. Quiet conversation is possible even when the restaurant is full; the background music is very subtle, sometimes you can't even hear it. We'll definitely be back. Oh, and reservations are a must!
10/01/2026: A wonderful experience. The waiter was very friendly. The onion quiche, sauerkraut, and baba were excellent.
