We received a very warm welcome and were served by Omar! We had a delicious meal. A great place for our first time in Lille. I highly recommend it.

We only drank here. It's one of several restaurants and pubs lined up in a row. The table wobbled, the chairs were dirty, two out of five glasses were filthy, the toilet was barely acceptable, and there were drunk people at the next table. At least the beer tasted good. The service seemed unenthusiastic. Oh well, next time somewhere else...

I had lunch there today and I highly recommend it. The daily specials are inexpensive and generous, the service is very pleasant and quick, and they had an excellent cocktail to go with it all, plus a touch of sunshine! ☀️ I'll be back.

Great place! Very friendly and attentive staff! The à la carte dishes were excellent. The value for money is very good for the center of Lille. I highly recommend it!

Always a very warm welcome, it's a super pleasant place, a top-notch team both in the service and the kitchen. At lunchtime, enjoy a delicious local dish, and in the evening, savor excellent cocktails. A superb spot for locals and tourists alike :) I highly recommend it!!!

Brasserie Andre

19/07/2026: A historic brasserie in Old Lille—they even sell a book commemorating its 100th anniversary at the entrance. The pros and cons of this kind of place. Superb decor. Waiters who perform with a smile. The food is a bit pricey, especially the wines, but it's good, featuring classic northern dishes: shrimp croquettes, Welsh rarebit with fries, and crêpes flambéed with Grand Marnier tableside. Touristy but good. That's what you come for.
