What a magnificent discovery!
We chose this restaurant by pure chance…but as the saying goes, he did things well.
Our taste buds were delighted from starter to dessert.
A multitude of flavors, quality of products, inventiveness of dishes, aesthetic presentation… everything was there.
The whole concocted by this young enthusiast. Sabine's friendly welcome takes great care of both the choice of dishes and the wine offerings and to satisfy your discovery of the region.
Run there! You will have a delicious time in every sense of the word.
Everything was excellent!
Small village restaurant found on the way back from Biron Castle
On a quiet and sheltered terrace, you can smell the love of home cooking
This is a bit of a hidden gem . The menu is very different to the local duck confit and prunes combo and is soooo much more imaginative. We both had the same thing as we loved what was on the menu. First course was gazpacho which was truly delicious followed by octupus with stuffed aubergine. To finish I had key lime pie and my partner had a gooey chocolate fondant. The service was excellent and we ate under a lovely wisteria pergola.
18/04/2025: A country restaurant as we like them. The menu is copious, varied, the service warm, like at home. It's really very nice!
14/03/2025: Excellent, it’s flawless.
The welcome is warm, the service is great and the dishes are divine.
We eat a soup like in the old days followed by a nice starter, the meal is delicious and to finish the house dessert which makes you want to come back, all for only 18 euros.
All in a quiet place where life is good.
