We received a warm welcome at this hotel. The location is a real plus, as you can reach the city walls in 15 minutes. Breakfast offers a good selection, even at 9:50 am. Parking is available for an extra charge. The rooms are very spacious, and there are several family rooms available.

The hotel is quite good, offering a decent breakfast and parking. It's clean and quiet. The problem is the location; it's very far from the historic center and in a rather unattractive neighborhood. It's not dangerous, but it certainly lacks charm. For Saint-Malo, it's a poor location. The staff is extremely friendly, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The bathroom is clean, large, and comfortable, with a good shower.

The hotel is located near the port; a few minutes' walk takes you to Ville Close or, on the other side, to the more modern area. The staff were very friendly; we used the paid indoor parking; you can't reserve, but just let them know a few days before your arrival (there are plenty of spaces in the parking lot). To enter the garage, you have to ring the bell and they'll open it for you. Parking is a bit expensive, but there's a big difference between high and low season. The room is spacious and well-appointed, with designer furnishings, but the headboard is a bit unsafe; you can easily bump your head; the closet is just an exposed coat rack. The breakfast buffet offers a wide selection of both sweet and savory options, with many local products available. Free hot drinks are available in the lobby at any time.

A location that might not be your first choice, but nonetheless very convenient depending on your needs, as it's close to the ferry terminal, next to the hospital, a 20-minute walk from the city center, and not too far from the train station either. To top it all off, the staff is very professional and friendly, and the hotel is well-maintained. One possible drawback in the summer: the lack of air conditioning, as the rooms get hot very quickly.
