Never disappointed by Sanchez, the ice cream is very good and there's a wide selection of flavors. The staff is great, we're served quite quickly. 🍦

The flavors are very varied, the taste is there, but the service clearly needs improvement. It's like being at a fair, shouting your flavors to anyone who will listen when it's crowded. The organization needs a complete overhaul. Sending everyone to the end of the line to shout their choice to the ice cream vendors isn't a viable solution. It creates tension, and you can't change your mind since you've already paid. Furthermore, the servers don't really hear and sometimes get flavors wrong (chocolate ice cream instead of mint chocolate, but given the shouts from some customers, I understand that mistakes happen). In short, it's very good but extremely poorly organized when it's busy. Make sure you go during off-peak hours.

05/05/2026: This establishment has been recognized several times by the Rough Guide, and it's easy to see why: far from the touristy Saint-Malo, you'll find a warm, pleasant, and welcoming atmosphere—what a delight! The servers are incredibly attentive throughout the meal, always with a smile; it's so enjoyable. The cuisine is delicious and flavorful, from appetizer to main course. Unfortunately, we didn't have the chance to try the desserts. The Asian-style steak tartare was a true delight, as was the Thai chicken curry—a real treat! A pleasant surprise was the perfectly executed cocktails; it's rare to find a spritz so well-balanced. 😍 I recommend this restaurant without hesitation! Go, you won't be disappointed!
