It's a small café with a lovely terrace. The owner is very welcoming and friendly. She takes good care of her customers by offering them several glasses of water, which is essential during this heatwave. It's great.

04/08/2026: Small Restaurant, Small Menu, but, Great Price, Great Taste! Cash Only! but Worth it!
18/07/2026: Probably the most authentic Vietnamese restaurant in Paris. Cheaper than most. The two ladies running the joint don’t miss a beat. Kind, warm, even gracious enough to walk us to the nearest ATM because they don’t take card. I can understand why they’d be cutting such costs, remaining an affordable spot for great Pho right in the centre of Paris. Politically neutral (Saigon AND Hanoi available).
