I don't understand why the rating isn't higher. Everything was perfect, from the delicious food to the impeccable friendliness of the servers. Overall, the establishment has a real sense of service.

What can I say... except that we experienced a truly timeless moment... refined cuisine and a presentation of generous dishes that invites you to savor them... the welcome, service, and advice were all on par with the establishment's reputation... I highly recommend this restaurant to all lovers of excellent cuisine in a stunning setting with breathtaking views.

A view of Cezembre and the sunset for a romantic dinner. Varied flavors and beautiful presentation. The sommelier's wine selection complemented the dishes; having been informed of the choice beforehand would have been a plus, as would knowing which cheeses were on the cheese board.

Having visited many times, we've always been warmly welcomed and received excellent service, but we'd barely put down our forks before the next course arrived… We chose the €79 prestige menu and are sorry to say we were very disappointed. The oysters we ordered, number 2, were actually number 3, as the waiter confirmed. The poached oysters and the langoustine and scallop gratins were tasteless, and let's not even mention the dessert: a poached pear in sake, hard and black inside (for both of our identical desserts). The waiter confirmed that the pears were inedible and offered to send us the same desserts again. Faced with so many disappointments, we refused. We left disappointed because we expected a higher level of gastronomy for a menu at this price.

Nothing to add. Very good, well-prepared dishes… From the amuse-bouches to the coffee, everything is perfectly balanced. The service is impeccable. See you soon!

We were hoping for magic on our plates. We were disappointed. The quality of the food was ruined by too much sauce. Priority was given to decorum rather than gastronomy. As for the sea view, we hadn't thought to mention it when booking! So, we shared the Sillon beach with corrugated iron roofs and parasols wrapped up for winter. The staff were friendly and efficient, no complaints. We were just passing through, so it's not like you're losing an important customer. What a shame.

02/05/2026: We had a wonderful time. Excellent cuisine from the amuse-bouche to the dessert, with great value for money. Very warm welcome. Great atmosphere. I highly recommend this establishment. We didn't understand a negative review from a woman (who entered the restaurant very aggressively) when she hadn't even eaten there. She was unhappy because the owner was parked near her car, which she claimed was preventing her from leaving her parking space. Her car was parked facing the wrong way, while the owner was parked in front of his garage. He was therefore within his rights. This woman burst into the restaurant during service, rude and angry, and on top of that, she has the nerve to leave a negative review for Les Embruns restaurant when she has never even eaten there. I find this attitude contemptuous and despicable.
30/04/2026: The welcome and service at this restaurant are very friendly, and the menu is varied. The fish is very fresh and served with a well-prepared sauce. The desserts are generous, and the profiteroles are outstanding.

05/04/2026: What a great find in the centre of Paramé We were only one of 4 tables which is why atmosphere was only 4, imagine it is rocking in the summer.. great food and friendly service from a trainee, good value and plenty of choice.. we will be back.. thanks
21/03/2026: The terrace was fantastic, so pleasant! The dishes were as appetizing as they were delicious! And the staff were very friendly.
